Two Minto men have been charged with felonies for a tire-slashing spree
in that town just over a month ago.
Logan Robert Vaudrin and Damian Villanueva, Junior are charged with
conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.
Walsh County authorities allege Vaudrin and Villanueva conspired with
others, juveniles, to slash the tires of 13 parked vehicles in Minto the night of
March 19th and the morning of the 20th.
The vehicles with slashed tires included a Walsh County sheriff's vehicle
and a school bus. That happened within Minto.
Authorities estimate the damage from those Minto tire slashings total
just under six-thousand-dollars($5,986.65).
There were also 23 tire-slashing incidents in Grafton that same night
and early morning. Two boys went through juvenile court proceedings in both
the Grafton and Minto incidents.
