The Park River at Grafton, Forest River at Minto, and Two Rivers at
Hallock are all at minor flood stage.
The National Weather Service says the Park River at Grafton was about
three-fourths of a foot above minor flood stage early Monday morning and will drop
out of flood stage early Tuesday morning. The Forest River at Minto is going to
drop out of flood stage Monday evening. Two Rivers at Hallock is about two feet
over minor flood stage. It's forecast to drop slowly over the next few days and
drop out of flood stage altogether Thursday evening.
The Red River at Pembina, Drayton, and Oslo, and the Pembina River at
Neche are near flood stage.
All this is due to the heavy rain that fell last Friday.
