Democratic state Rep. Scot Kelsh, of Fargo, has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. The North Dakota State Highway Patrol says he was pulled over late Monday night.
Kelsh is a District 11 representative. He's been in the Legislature since 1996 and was among those who passed more stringent DUI laws in the last legislative session. Kelsh said his attorney advised him not to comment.
