We now know the name of the Hannah, North Dakota man who drowned
in floodwaters in Cavalier County Tuesday night.
He's 51-year-old Steve Feil(FILE).
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Feil got out of his partially-submerged
pickup to walk home. The HP believes Feil succumbed to the frigid, flowing floodwaters
and the cold temperatures and died. Feil had tried to cross a part of road that had been
washed out by rising waters earlier Tuesday.
