April eighth. It'll be at seven-pm in the Grafton High School Library.
Superintendent Jack Maus tells KXPO the public meeting is called a
District Facility Assessment. The purpose is to give patrons of the Grafton
Public School District the chance to discuss, question, or comment on any
facility-related issue in the Grafton School system.
Maus says one item is the school board considering what to do about
Central Middle School. The board has approved a facility evaluation. Johnson
Controls and ICON Architects of Grand Forks are conducting it. The purpose is
to answer the question of whether to make improvements to Central Middle
School and keep using it or to build a new middle school on-site at the
Grafton High School and Century Elementary School complex.
But that's only one facility-related question. Maus says any others
that are on people's minds can be addressed too.
That District Facility Assessment public meeting is again, Monday evening
April eighth at seven-pm. It will be at the Grafton High School Library.
